At Scarlett Dresses in Chelmsford we understand that sometimes questions must be answered and are just as, if not more important than the prefect dress. Scarlett Dresses suggests starting as soon as possible to ensure availability of the dress that you want/like. Our stock levels change very quickly so the sooner that you order your dress the better chance that you will be able to receive your dream dress in time for your event.
We will order you a dress in the correct size and colour which will usually take between 6 and 8 weeks. Some dresses may be available earlier by special arrangement, please ask us and we will let you know how quickly we can supply your dress.
If there is a dress you have seen on the Scarlett Dresses website, social media or advertising that is not in the shop, then please let us know as although we cannnot promise that we will get that dress we will try our very best to source your perfect dress.
Unfortunately we do not hire dresses, but please don’t let this put you off as Scarlett Dresses offer great prices on our dresses.
As we order each dress according to your specifications we only offer refunds if a dress is faulty. Each dress will be fully checked before we hand it over to you and we will check that you are happy before you leave the shop, but should you have any problems, please contact us asap and we will endeavour to rectify any problems. Dresses may needs alterations and we do not offer this service, so it is up to the client to arrange these.
